Unknown anemones all over the shore. They look like Edwardsiids.

Transparent spoke anemones were quite commonly found.

Posy anemones?

We can always trust Liana to find interesting and amusing situations. Here we have a hermit crab struggling hard against the current due to the relatively large and open anemone on its shell.

Quite a few very transparent Cerianthids.

Frilled corallimorph.

Fanworm.

Tiny slugs can be found on the fan seaweeds as usual.
The seagrasses were full of life :

Ria showed us this transparent slug on the sea grass and gave us a good tip on how to spot them. Look for clean patches of leaf, which indicates the slug has just fed. Some slug poop can be seen coming out at the rear of this one.

Many of these flatworms (Starry flatworms?) can be found in the sea grass as well.

And this nudibranch.

Even a black lipped conch too.

Weird brown patches like these can be found on the seagrass as well. This one appears to have something sprouting from it.

Unknown egg mass.

Halfbeak.

No idea what this fish is.

Scorpionfishes.

Spoon pincer crab.

Mosaic crab. All too often, what we see are short glimpses before they retreat.

Interesting coral texture.

Anemone coral.

A basket star, very rarely seen on intertidal trips.

Mysterious organism.

Ria found one more Giant clam for Mei Lin.
