Pipefish.

Amblygobius stethophthalmus.

Possibly scorpionfish? with funny texture and color.

Painted scorpionfish.

Blue spotted fantail ray that Siyang spotted.

Cute filefish sucking on a seaweed globule.

Mudskipper. Not a common find at Tanah Merah.

Squids. I didn't see the other type pointed out by Ivan (similar size but with side fins that extend only halfway along the body).

Purple climber crab. They were all over the rocks.

Decorator crab. This one decided to divert our attention from the Cypraea arabica we were photographing.

Atergatis floridus.

Crabs feeding. The fish was still alive when this crab decided to tuck into it.

Not sure what this tiny hermit crab was doing with the snail. It was dragging it for quite a distance without doing anything else to it. Looking for a quiet spot to feed?

Pink moonsnail.

Tiger moonsnail.

Kok Sheng found this Lima lima. Quite an amazing looking creature.

Cyraea arabica.

A much smaller cowrie.

Beige flatworm.

The Saron shrimp Kok Sheng found.

Isn't it beautiful? Not sure if this is the same shrimp as teh first one Kok Sheng found. If it is, then it seems these shrimps can change their pattern for camouflage.

A couple of tiny slugs that are typically found on fan seaweed.

A boulder completely covered with zoanthids.

Phymanthus.

Bob?

Peachia.

Common sea stars.

Quite a large sea cucumber.

The underside.

Mouthparts, tube feet and retractable spines.

Fan worm.

Polychaete.

Much larger polychaete, about 1.5cm diameter.
