I saw at least 5 of these nudibranchs (Gymnodoris sp) within a space of a couple of minutes at the southern lagoon. I'm quite sure there were many more. The largest I saw was about 3cm long and the smallest about 1cm long.

Meilin spotted this unusually colored Cassiopea at the southern lagoon..

..pointed out this rather large oyster...

..saw this squid which turned out to be a pygmy squid (these squids can change color from white to brown)..

..and informed me of the presence of baby turtles in the turtle enclosure. These poor baby turtles seem to be starving with one taking bites off the neck of it's sibling and another chewing on rope.

Chay Hoon's sharp eyes have once again spotted these really tiny slugs on a few of the fan seaweeds.

Spoon pincer crab showing off it's distinctive claw.

There were 2 of these crabs together and they were feeding. They use their unusually shaped claws to pinch out small clumps of these fibres..

..nom. It was a real treat to see these slow moving highly adorable crabs feeding.

White rumped or stonefish sea cucumber (Actinopyga lecanora).

Andy showed us 2 schools of these juvenile fish.
